Off Peak - Jan - May / Oct - Dec £400.00 / $650.00 per week* (£65.00/$100 per night)
(From 2nd week of January to End May / Beginning October to 2nd week of December)

Peak Time - June - September £450.00 / $700.00 per week* (£72.00/$110.00 per night)
(From beginning June to End September)

Holiday Times - £500.00 / $765.00 per week* (£85.00/$130.00 per night)
(Christmas / Easter / Thanksgiving)

 

*Above charges include free solar heating of swimming pool. For added electric heater please see prices below.

Pool Heating - £80.00 / $120.00 per week

The pool is solar heated continuously free of charge. During the cooler months we can turn on the electric pool heater charged as above, to guarantee a constant 80 degrees - To be paid in advance with the booking fee.

 

Non-Refundable Deposit - (deducted from final costs) - £150.00/$230.00

Refundable Security Deposit - £150.00 / $230.00 (Returned once villa has been checked by management company for any damages)

 

NOTE - Villa charges are on a weekly basis and not per person. Extra nights are charged as above per night.
