(From beginning June to End September)

(Christmas / Easter / Thanksgiving)

Pool Heating - £80.00 / $150.00 per week

The pool is solar heated continuously free of charge. During the cooler months we can turn on the electric pool heater charged as above, to guarantee a constant 80 degrees - To be paid in advance with the booking fee.

 

Non-Refundable Deposit - (deducted from final costs) - £150.00/$250.00

Refundable Security Deposit - £150.00 / $250.00 (Returned once villa has been checked by management company for any damages)

 

NOTE - Villa charges are on a nightly basis and not per person.
