Booking terms & conditions
· The completed Booking Form should be returned with a non-refundable deposit of £150.00 / $250.00. This will be deducted from your outstanding bill.

· Telephone bookings will only be confirmed with a signed Booking Form and Deposit.

· The signing of the Booking Form confirms acceptance of the "Terms and Conditions" by all persons intending to occupy the villa.

· Full amount of booking must be paid one month prior to arrival date.

· Pool heating charges must be paid in advance to guarantee that the heater is switched on for your arrival.

· We strongly recommend holiday insurance, as no claim can be made to the owner or managing agent for accident, loss or injury (however caused).

· Pets are not allowed.

· Our villa is a no smoking villa, any smoke damage will cause your security deposit to be forfeited.

· Arrivals access time: from 4pm

·Departure time: Must be departed by 10am for cleaning to commence.

Refundable Security Deposit

· A refundable security deposit of £150.00 / $250.00 against loss or damage must be paid with final balance. (Refunded once confirmation that the villa has been left in a satisfactory condition and that the key has been returned to the management office).


Cancellation Charges
In the event of cancellation for any reason, the party leader must notify us in writing. The Following cancellations charges will apply:-

More than 8 weeks - Deposit only
6-8 weeks - 50% of rental
4-6 weeks - 75% of rental
Less than 4 weeks - 100% of rental
